For the boat lines we represent, we can help you with warranty support whether or not you bought your boat from us. If you feel you have a warranty issue with your Beneteau, Lagoon, Cruisers, EdgeWater, or Four Winns, please contact us.
You should have received a Warranty Certificate when you purchased your new boat, which sets out the items covered and time period for coverage. Be aware that there are many different suppliers of the equipment in and on your boat and each has their own separate warranty. Since most of the suppliers will want the part back for repair or replacement at their discretion, please do not dispose of defective parts before we determine whether or not they need to be returned to the manufacturer.
When you contact us, please be prepared with your boat model and hull number. Pictures can also be very helpful to identify and describe the issue. We will make an initial determination and then work with you and the boat manufacturer to resolve the problem. Depending on the nature of the problem we may need you to bring your boat to our delivery dock so that we have easy access to our shop.
