Our offices in the heart of Pier 7 Marina, our corporately-owned marina, give us everything that a yacht sales company needs to be successful brokerage. Within the marina we have our own exclusive private brokerage docks with preferential rates for our listings. Also within the marina we have exclusive land storage space for those boats that are on trailers. We have an onsite boat ramp for launching as well as the only haul out facility for miles around that can haul out 60+ foot catamarans.
We have an onsite service company to attend to all of your client’s needs from bottom jobs, fiberglass work, electronics, engine services and rigging.
The marina boasts a 300 seat restaurant and 3 bars.
We are looking to hire a broker to specialize in power boat sales and another broker to focus on monohull sales. The broker must have yacht sales experience and be proficient with computer skills.
We currently have more leads than our existing staff can handle so having your own existing database of clients is not a requirement.
